O que eu fa\u00e7o para\u00a0melhorar?&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bom, pra come\u00e7o de conversa,\u00a0<strong>esta pergunta \u00e9 imposs\u00edvel de responder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por qu\u00ea?<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Porque somente sabendo\u00a0o que ocorre entre o lead ser contatado e a venda ser ganha, atrav\u00e9s de\u00a0m\u00e9tricas intermedi\u00e1rias, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel identificar o\u00a0real\u00a0problema.<\/p>\n<h2>O Funil de Convers\u00e3o de Cold Call<\/h2>\n<p>O funil de convers\u00e3o de cold call consiste em todas as etapas que um lead percorre at\u00e9 o fechamento da venda a partir da prospec\u00e7\u00e3o via cold call.<\/p>\n<p>Podemos dividir este funil em 5 etapas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Leads: \u00a0<\/strong>Quantos leads voc\u00ea tem?<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Liga\u00e7\u00f5es:\u00a0<\/strong>Quantas liga\u00e7\u00f5es voc\u00ea\u00a0conseguiu fazer?<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Decisores alcan\u00e7ados:\u00a0<\/strong>Com quantos\u00a0decisores voc\u00ea conseguiu falar?<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Oportunidades:\u00a0<\/strong>Quantas desses decisores\u00a0s\u00e3o qualificados para seu produto\/servi\u00e7o?<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Vendas:\u00a0<\/strong>Quantas dessas oportunidades voc\u00ea converteu em vendas?<\/p>\n<p>Com essas medidas\u00a0voc\u00ea ser\u00e1 capaz de realizar\u00a0uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e9ria sobre seu processo de cold call e identificar qual ou quais\u00a0as etapas\u00a0do\u00a0funil s\u00e3o problem\u00e1ticas e necessitam aten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Por exemplo, digamos que num processo de prospec\u00e7\u00e3o voc\u00ea tenha os seguintes resultados:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 leads totais<\/li>\n<li>90 liga\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas (10 n\u00fameros de telefone n\u00e3o foram encontrados, n\u00e3o existiam ou n\u00e3o atendiam) (90%)<\/li>\n<li>45 decisores\u00a0alcan\u00e7ados (50%)<\/li>\n<li>20 oportunidades\u00a0geradas (44%)<\/li>\n<li>1 venda realizada (5%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Neste exemplo, claramente temos um problema entre oportunidades geradas e vendas realizadas &#8211; somente 5%. O problema pode estar\u00a0tanto\u00a0no fechamento quanto na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de oportunidades.<\/p>\n<p>Podemos ver isso em detalhe a seguir.<\/p>\n<h2>Como aumentar o\u00a0alcance de decisores<\/h2>\n<p>Uma das maiores dificuldades no processo de cold call est\u00e1 em alcan\u00e7ar os decisores. N\u00e3o raro, um telefone de balc\u00e3o, PABX ou secret\u00e1ria ser\u00e1 um obst\u00e1culo para voc\u00ea falar com a pessoa certa se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o souber previamente\u00a0ao menos o seu nome.<\/p>\n<p>Por isso, \u00e9 fundamental\u00a0buscar\u00a0informa\u00e7\u00f5es da empresa e poss\u00edveis nomes de decisores antes de fazer a liga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Se n\u00e3o for poss\u00edvel ao menos um\u00a0nome pr\u00e9vio,\u00a0talvez a forma mais simples e\u00a0efetiva de encontrar esta pessoa seja valorizar\u00a0quem lhe atendeu.
